Shipping Policy

We deliver to all nine South African provinces, including outlying areas served by our courier partners. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

We ship express with Aramex. Delivery takes 1–5 business days from dispatch anywhere in South Africa.

Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

Express delivery with Aramex is R100. Express delivery is free on the 3-pack bundle (R440).

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. You can also follow progress on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

If nobody is available to accept a delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the parcel being returned to us, and reshipping fees may apply.
