Returns Policy

Unused TwistLock Pro Kit units in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is for the customer’s account unless the item is faulty.

Every TwistLock Pro Kit is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If your unit fails within that period, contact us with your order number and a short description or video and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Email dockd.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within one business day.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Adhesive base pads and magnetic rings that have been applied cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty.
